A cough can be really worrisome and at times, you might even fail to respond to the usual medicines that you buy over-the-counter. While conventional medicine has its own way of treating symptoms of a cough, META-Health tries to reach to the depth of the problem and present a solution.

What is META-Health

Meta-Medicine is an integrated approach to good health and wellness. It provides you with an insight into the role of biological, psychological, physiological, spiritual, emotional and environmental triggers that leads to a disease or a health condition. It not only explains the causes of biological shock and how it affects an organ, brain and heart simultaneously. But also how one can recognise it and deals with it pro-actively in a manner that allows one to heal completely and permanently.

According to META-Health, diseases affect us when a stressful event causing an emotional trauma impacts our body at three levels simultaneously that are – our mind or psyche, our brain (in a special layer), and in our body (in a specific organ). When a specific shock occurs, it creates changes in our body and brain at chemical level, and our behaviour gets altered. This emotional trauma manifests itself in the form of concentric rings on an MRI of all the patients and in every disease. The area where these rings show is specific to areas of the brain from where the disease is controlled.

Causes of cough according to META-Health

A cough is a natural reflex that helps the body to protect our lungs, by clearing the airways from lung irritants, such as smoke and mucus.  In other words, it is a process of expelling air from the lungs which causes a sudden sharp sound. A cough is a symptom of several health problems and not any medical condition by itself. There are various types of cough, and the causes of each kind are associated with a different layer of the brain. Here are few things you need to know about cough:

Cough and the common cold: Cough due to common cold is an impact of emotional conflict on the cortex of the brain and nasal mucosa. This conflict is connected with a sense of smell; wherein the person may perceive some situation or person as an intruder or a rival that causes an emotional disturbance.

Cough and bronchitis: This kind of cough indicates a threat to one’s territory on an emotional level. For a man, his car, his girl friend, his wife and his house may be his territory, for a woman her husband, her children and her home may be her territory. Impact of the emotional conflict is always connected with the cerebral cortex and bronchial mucosa. A dry cough, in fact, is a sign of a spasm in the bronchial muscles and is connected with the fear of loss of territory, fear of separation and fear of not being able to flee or attack.

Cough and laryngitis: Cough due laryngitis, is manifested on larynx mucosa and on the cortex of the brain due to a conflict. This conflict happens when something in your life is being forced down on you and you can’t get through it.

Cough and tonsillitis: Cough due to tonsillitis is connected with brainstem and endoderm layer. Tonsillitis makes it difficult for one to swallow or digest food. This is also connected with the urge to not wanting to experience anything new or resist a change in the emotional level.

Cough and tuberculosis: This kind of cough has a deep-rooted connection with death – fright conflict which always hits brainstem and lungs. Most of the cancer diagnosis is connected with this conflict.

Whooping cough: It is connected with worry protection conflict and is associated with the layer of tissue below the mucosal layer in the bronchi.

How META-Health heals

As soon as the conflict impacts the brain and the brain registers the shock the conflict is then instantaneously communicated to the corresponding organ which triggers a disease response. The brain is a mediator between psyche and the body. The brain is the control centre from where each and every action is controlled and coordinated. So brain, psyche and organ always work together as one unit. Above we have seen various types of coughs and its conflicts. This makes us aware that a cough is a common symptom connected with many diseases but the part of the brain and the organ and tissue that it impacts will be different due to different conflicts. META-Health tries to reach to this deeper level and treat the superficial symptom (in this case cough) to give you better relief and empower your physical, emotional and mental health.
